Though each client’s journey is deeply personal, there are 4 key steps that we will uncover and explore together over the 3 months.
Step 1: Teaching embodiment practices
Shift from feeling disconnected and depleted to more grounded and self aware. Start to recognise how to access internal safety and create a foundation of self trust.
Step 2: Self Acceptance and Worth
By embracing all parts of yourself - the good, the bad, and the messy - you’ll shift from self judgment and guilt to deeper self acceptance. Instead of constantly questioning if you're "good enough," you’ll begin to know your worth as both a mother and a woman.Step 3: Transforming Your Relationship with Anger and Rage
Instead of feeling ashamed of your anger or fearing it will consume you, you’ll learn to work with it. By understanding the deeper roots of your rage - overwhelm, unmet needs, overstimulation, and past conditioning - you’ll shift from reacting with guilt to responding with awareness. Your anger will no longer control you. Instead, it will become a powerful tool for self awareness, boundaries, and transformation.Step 4: Reconnecting with Pleasure and Joy

From Rage To Radiance is a 1:1 coaching container. Once you join, we will organise times that suit for weekly coaching sessions.

In THE THRIVING MOTHER ACADEMY there will be a weekly informative/educational training videos speaking to a topic related to “What We Cover Inside” with a small piece of homework to implement for the coming week. The mentoring calls are for you to share and reflect on how you are journeying through the program's content, to connect and gain wisdom from the other Mamas, ask any questions, share struggles or wins and so much more.

1-1.5 hours coaching session each week + space to lean into your own practices between sessions (this is entirely up to you on the frequency, though I do recommend in a way that feels spacious to you and not feeling like you are adding to your load).
